Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when you submit a project enquiry, including your name, email address, phone number, project type, project details, and timeline.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to understand your home improvement needs and to help connect you with relevant local professionals who offer the services you're looking for.
Sharing With Professionals
When you submit a project request and provide your consent, your information may be shared with matched professionals so they can contact you about your project. You control this consent at the time of submission.
Our Role
Better Home Advisors is a platform that helps homeowners connect with independent home improvement professionals. We do not perform construction, renovation or home improvement services. All project agreements and work are arranged directly between homeowners and service providers.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our connection services and to comply with legal obligations.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can decline to provide information, though this may limit our ability to connect you with professionals.
